The “Minimum Age” is set at 18 years old. However, if the law requires a higher age for Yakresume to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including the use of your personal data), then the Minimum Age will be that higher age.

- Do not share your account and adhere to our guidelines and legal regulations.
- As a member and account holder, you agree to the following: (1) maintain a secure and confidential password; (2) refrain from transferring any aspect of your account, such as connections; and (3) comply with our guidelines outlined in the law, our Dos and Don’ts, and Professional Community Policies. You bear responsibility for any activities conducted through your account, unless it’s closed or misuse is reported.
Your account is your personal possession in relation to others. However, if another party (employer/recruiter) purchased the Services for use that paying party holds the right to access your data. They do not, however, possess rights to edit your personal account.
2.4 Notices and Messages
You consent to receiving notifications and messages from us via our websites, applications, and the contact information you’ve provided. It’s important to keep your contact details up to date to ensure you receive crucial notifications. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missing important updates.
Your agreement entails us delivering notifications and messages to you in the following manners: (1) through the Service itself or (2) directed to the contact details you have supplied us (such as email, mobile number, or physical address). It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information remains current and updated.

You grant Yakresume and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content you provide through our Services and those offered by others. This license does not require further consent, notice, or compensation to you or others. However, the rights granted are subject to certain limitations:
- You can revoke this license for specific content by deleting it from the Services or by closing your account, except in cases where others have shared, copied, re-shared, or stored the content as part of the Service, or for the reasonable duration required to remove it from backup and other systems.
- We won’t incorporate your content into third-party product or service advertisements targeted at others without your explicit consent (including sponsored content). However, we reserve the right, without payment to you or others, to display ads alongside your content and information. Your social actions may also be visible and included with ads, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. If you use a Service feature, we may use your name or photo to promote that feature within our Services, based on your settings.
- If we wish to grant others the right to publish your content beyond the Services, we will seek your consent. However, when you share your post as “public” or similar, we enable other Members to embed that public post on third-party services, and we allow search engines to index that public content for discoverability, as explained further in our guidelines.
- Although we may edit and make format changes to your content (like translating or reformatting it), we won’t alter its meaning without your consent.
- You and Yakresume acknowledge that if the content contains personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You and Yakresume agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and your specified choices, including settings.
By submitting suggestions or feedback about our Services to Yakresume, you agree that Yakresume can use and share (but is not obligated to) such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.
